VARY YOUR PROTEIN ROUTINE. PLANT PROTEINS PACK A POWERFUL PUNCH

With this theme, we educate you about the personal health and environmental benefits of consuming plant-based proteins. We also provide strategies for replacing animal proteins with those from plants.

  • Plant-based proteins tend to be lower in fat (especially unhealthy saturated fat), higher in fiber, and can provide the protein our bodies need.
  • Agricultural production of plant foods also requires fewer environmental resources than the production of protein from animal sources.
