On October 3 in Café 300, we will be serving Pescado a la Veracruzana. A recipe from Eloy’s hometown in Veracruz, Mexico where it is a signature dish of the state. It combines ingredients and cooking methods from Spain and Mexico. Pescado a la Veracruzana reminds him of home, whether it be an everyday meal, a party with family & friends, or staring at the sea.
Chef Eloy has been a chef on our campus for many years and is excited to feature this menu item.
Don’t forget to celebrate on October 2 in Café 500 with Chef Alyssa!
