How do I get Café BonApp 2.0 mobile app?
Café BonApp 2.0 is available for download wherever you get your mobile apps, including the Apple App Store or Google Play site. Or scan this QR code:
Can I order ahead without downloading the mobile app?
Yes! Ordering direct from your desktop by clicking this link: https://us.cafebonappetit.io/baweb/home
How do I connect to my campus?
When you open the app for the first time you will be prompted to enter an access code, type cloud123 to connect to our campus.
Do I have to enter the access code, e-mail address, and verification code each time I want to use the app?
No, the app will remember all this information as long as you remain logged in.
Why do I have to select a window of time when ordering?
To ensure that our production staff is able to prepare your order in a timely manner in tandem with in-person orders.
What happens if I miss picking up my order within the specified window of time?
To help us minimize waste, we request that you make every attempt to pick-up during your scheduled time. Orders will be held until the end of the meal period they were placed.
What if the time I want isn’t available?
We have a limited number of people we can safely serve during each window of time. If there is no availability for you first choice of pick up time, you will have to select a different time slot. You are welcome to reserve a time slot if you frequently like to dine at the same time every day and then place your order later on. This will ensure you get the preferred window of time even before you are ready to actually place your order.
How far in advance can I book my slot and place my order?
As of now, we are only taking same day orders.
Can I place a repeat order from my previous order history or do I have to enter it again?
Although the app does not currently have repeat capability, we will be adding this feature in the future.
I like my food and drink prepared a certain way, can I modify menu items or provide specific instructions through the app?
There are options to customize your order.
Where do I pick up my order?
There will be clear signage on where ‘Mobile Order Pick-Up’ stations are located within the café.
I have a problem with my order or the app, how do I get help?
Within the app there is an “Account” button, click that and you can submit your issue using the “Support” function.
I need a receipt for my purchase, does the app provide one?
Yes, in the orders section, completed orders will have a receipt option
