Join Bon Appetit and our garden partners, Farmscape with special guests Jackson Family Wines Executive Chef Justin Wangler, Chef de Cuisine Tracey Shepos Cenami, and Culinary Gardner Tucker Taylor for an afternoon in the new Victory Garden at Oracle Plaza.
Included in the $10.00 ticket, Chefs Justin and Tracey are signing copies of their new book Season: a year of wine country food, farming, family & friends (valued at $50), a garden tour by your campus lead gardener Sara, and Bon Appetit at Oracle’s Culinary Director Chef Tim Hilt will create a wine pairing/tasting menu from the book’s recipes and fresh garden harvest. Tucker will also have a smelling and tasting table sharing unique garden items from JFW’s own four acre Sonoma County garden.
