APPETIZER TRIO

$9.45 per person – pick any three

minimum 20 people

  • butternut squash, sage, and goat cheese crostini
  • mushroom and truffle oil crostini
  • mini beef wellington
  • bacon and chive devil eggs
  • turkey sweet potato meatballs – in a brava sauce
  • pimento cheese dip – with assorted racked and seasonal vegetables

 

HOLIDAY FEAST

minimum 10 people

  • choice of sage-thyme roasted turkey breast with gravy or rosemary-garlic roast beef with au jus
  • choice of farro stuffing with butternut squash, cranberries, and walnuts or chipotle-honey sweet potato mash
  • caramelized broccoli and cauliflower – with cipollini onions
  • buttermilk biscuits
